Tour highlights:
Tour around Uzbekistan through the ancient cities located on the crossroad of the Great Silk Road, with sightseeing of ancient and Middle Ages architectural monuments, craft workshops of national textile and ceramic, testing of Uzbek cuisine and shopping on oriental bazaars. The country with bright sun and blue sky, sweet fruits, juicy vegetables, tasty bread and hospitable people. Tour includes an excursion to the mountain recreation area of Ugam-Chatkal national park, located close to Tashkent city, just a day before the end of the travel.
Tour program:
Day 1: Tashkent – the capital of Uzbekistan and people’s friendship.
Arrival to Tashkent international airport and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at the hotel. Guided sightseeing tour around Tashkent. Explore the old part of Tashkent city. Visit Khast-Imam Complex, where the world famous Quran, holy book that belonged to Caliph Uthman, has been preserved. The complex consists of Barak-Khan Madrasah, Tillya Sheykh Mosque, Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari. Visit Chorsu handicraft Bazaar. Continue to the city center, walk around Amir Timur Square and Independence Square. Diner and overnight in Tashkent.

Day 2: Tashkent – Urgench – Khiva – Urgench - Bukhara
Khiva The only city-museum under the open sky in Central Asia.
Transfer to domestic airport, morning flight HY015 to Urgench departing at 07:15 am. Arrival in Urgench at 08:55 am, transfer to Khiva (30 km, 35 min). Guided sightseeing tour in Khiva. Visit a UNESCO World Heritage site Ichan-Qala fortress: Kunya-Ark, Sayeed Alauddin Mausoleum, Arab-Mukhamadkhan Madrasah, Oq-Masjid Mosque, Madrasah of Hodjan Berdi-biya, Shirgazikhan Madrasah, Abdullakhan Madrasah, Juma Mosque, Allakulikhan Madrasah, Tosh-Khovli Palace, Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum, Minaret of Islom-Khoja. Transfer to Urgench airport. Evening flight to Bukhara departing at 21:00 pm. Arrival in Bukhara at 22:00 pm. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 3: “Sacred Bukhara” - one of the most esteemed city of Islamic culture.
Guided sightseeing tour in Bukhara. Visit Lyabi Hauz Ensemble, Magoki-Attori, Chor Minor Madrasah, trade domes, Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque, Miri-Arab Madrasah, Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan Madrasahs, Ark Fortress, Bolo- Khauz Mosque, Ismail Samani and Chashma- Ayub moseleums. Dinner and national show at Nodir Devon-Begi Madrasah. Overnight in Bukhara.

Day 4: Bukhara-Samarkand
Guided sightseeing tour outside of Bukhara. Visiting of Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa – summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir, unique site combining Oriental and Russian architecture. Continue to Bahauddin Nakshbandi mausoleum and Chor-Baqr necropolis. Visiting of ceramic and pottery craft workshop of Alisher Narzullaev in Gijduvan. In the afternoon transfer to the railway station to take the high-speed train to Samarkand departing at 15:52 pm and arrival at 17:25 pm. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Samarkand.
Duration of sightseeing tour: 3 hours.
Day 5: Samarkand - One of Central Asia’s oldest settlements. The capital of Tamerlane’s empire Mawaranahr.
Guided sightseeing tour in Samarkand. Visit spectacular Registan Square: Ulugbek, Shir Dor and Tillya-Kari madrasas, Gur-Emir - mausoleum of Tamerlane, remains of Bibi-Khanum mosque, Shakhi-Zinda Necropolis, Ulugbek observatory and Siab bazaar. Dinner. Overnight in Samarkand.
Duration of sightseeing tour: 6 hours.
Day 6: Samarkand - Tashkent
Guided sightseeing tour outside of Samarkand. Begin by visiting the Tomb of Khoji Doniyor (Saint Daniel), the Mausoleum of Imam Al-Bukhari. Transfer to Koni Ghil village to explore traditional way of making Samarkand paper from mulberry. At 16:30 transfer to the railway station to take the high-speed train departing at 17:30 (300 km, 2 h). Arrival in Tashkent at 19:40 pm. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Tashkent.
Duration of sightseeing tour: 5 hours.
Day 7: Tashkent - Ugam-Chatkal national park.
Tour to Ugam-Chatkal national park
Breakfast. Transfer to Ugam-Chatkal national park. Sightseeing the petroglyphs of grotto Khodjikent. Excursion round Charvak lake. Visiting of Beldersay gorge, lifting on the chair cable lift to the top of the Mt. Kumbel (2300 m). Transfer to the hotel. Dinner in hotel’s restaurant. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 8: Ugam-Chatkal national park - Tashkent.
Breakfast in the hotel. Check-out before afternoon. Farewell lunch in Ugam-Chatkal national park. Transfer to Tashkent international airport to the flight of next destination (100 km, 2 h).
